We were brought on to co-produce the Native NYE 2019 Disco Sh!t party and were tasked with providing two photo booth stations, NYE countdown clocks, video projection mapped dance floor, as well as all general lighting.

Timeline from concept to completion = 30 days.

• Main photo booth consisted of 150+ metallic and mylar balloons, producing an animated GIF for guests and also an instant 4'x6' print out.

• Selfie Station allowed guests to create a boomerang video while posing with a discoball motorcycle helmet.  Discoball helmet also crafted in-house.

• Video Mapped Dance Floor = (2) short throw 3K video projectors ceiling mounted and blended into one large image creating a Saturday Night Fever style of dance floor--with many more looks and design options through our motion graphics content design.  

• (2) looping countdown clocks designed in After Effects and projected behind the DJ booth & in main bar/kitchen area.  Style themed after Studio 54 moon symbol--clocks had a subtle animation loop throughout the night until the 10 minute countdown complete with explosion & fireworks FX.

• General up-lighting and spotlights for (3) discoballs throughout the venue were also provided and installed by our team of two
